Tactics System
Formation
Team Formation is aimed at employing players’ abilities in the most limited way. No Formation itself is empirically strong or weak, but should be assessed in a match on the basis of the opponent.
Tactics
Match results are not determined in advance. Managers can adjust Tactics during the match and change the tide of the ongoing match, leading to victory. Different tactics consume different amounts of player Energy, so don’t carelessly run your players ragged pressing your opponent all up and down the field.
Club Finances
Expenses and Debt
You cannot run a team without funds. Funds mainly come from matches, transfers, ticket sales, and daily tasks. Funds are used to buy players and pay player wages. Should the team fall into debt, no function requiring funds can be completed and team development will stagnate. For this reason, it’s important for managers to pay attention to their finances in the Club Info interface.
Renewing Player Contracts
When a player’s contract expires or is near expiring, managers can choose to renew it. Players whose contracts have already expired must be renewed within 4 match days, and their contracts can be renewed for 2 years. If they are not renewed, these players will automatically leave the team. Players whose contracts have not yet expired can be renewed for another 3 years. Managers cannot renew contracts with players aged 34 and over, and contracts cannot be renewed during the first year of a player’s contract.
Player Dismissal
If you’re in a hurry to free up space, then dismissal is the fastest way, but you must pay a price. Dismissed players receive payment for breaking contract of an amount equal to the unpaid wages. Dismissing players with expired contracts require no payment. When dismissal is successful, the player will leave the club.
