It consists of 14 teams that play 2 matches against every other team in the competition (one home, one away).

Teams earn 3 points per victory, and 1 point per draw, and are ranked by points, then goal difference, and finally number of wins.

The top 7 teams are promoted to the next level.

Also, the top 4 teams will join Champions League in the next season and teams placed 5 until 7 will join Union Cup in the next season.
