In Ladder, you can compete with high-level managers from all over the world to show off your style. Excellent performance improves your ranking in the competition. Higher ranking, more rewards! Followings are the detailed rules. Hope all managers have fun!

Game related
1. Qualification: Managers who reach level 5 and above, with Tour ranking of “coach" and above can participate in the Ladder Competition.
2. Matching rules: System will randomly match each manager with 5 other managers who are close to your ranking as opponents. You can choose one from them to challenge. When you succeed in challenging or when system refreshes the number of free challenges per day, the random challenge list will be refreshed. Also, you can use coins to reset the number of challenges. Currently, the maximum number of challenges per day is 6. In the Ladder Challenge，after you defeat a manager，you will not be able to challenge this manager again in the same day.
3. Game rules for challengers: The challenger needs to prepare before the game. During the game, energy consumes as the same rate as in League. But when it’s over, players energy will resume to a certain percentage. When a player's energy in the game goes down to less than 70%, his ability will decline. Please keep players’ energy full before the game.
4. Game rules for the challenged: The challenged team needs to set up its defensive formation. Modified defensive formation has a cooling time.It’s not necessary to be online when being challenged. System will default to play with the defensive lineup set in advance. Players’ energy and morale always stay full in the beginning and players will not be injured during the game.

1. Introduction to rankings: Players are ranked according to the ladder scores. At season settlement, the higher the ranking, the more the rewards.

Introduction to scores: Both the challenger and the challenged will have their scores calculated based on the outcome of the match, where the challenged's score whill only be deducted once they fail. When challenging other managers, the basic scores that can be obtained or deducted will be displayed on the opponent's profile panel. Please take challenges according to your team strength. Consecutive victories will give extra scores!
3. Rewards settlement: At the beginning of new season, rewards will be issued according to rankings in the previous season. After settlement, all scores will be cleared and managers reenter the Ladder competition according to Tour rankings.

Monitor system
The system will monitor all players on the ranking list. Deliberately losing to others will be judged as cheating and be punished or even be banned for severe violation.
